Phil and Michelle Allen took the reigns at the pharmacy on 1/3/18 and bring with them their tried and trusted philosophy of finding ways to help wherever we can. Our default position will always be "How can we help?", which is refreshing in a day and age where so many make simple processes as difficult as possible, and service users have to spend lots of time and energy breaking down those barriers.
We are a small, privately owned pharmacy and so it easy for us to know our patients and their needs, and for you to get to know us. We have run independent pharmacies since 2006 in Somerset and Dorset and so know how to provide an individual, tailored service to our patients.

This is particularly useful if you are down visiting the area and need your surgery at home to send a prescription through. Ask them to search for the pharmacy post code EX7 0PQ.
If you are taking a new medicine in certain groups of drugs, including asthma, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or medicines that affect the way your blood clots, we can review how you are getting on with them at early stage to help identify any issues or simply clarify how they affect the condition being treated.
